Michael Manos, CFA, CPA

Michael is a Principal at Tide Cove Capital Partners, a firm he co-founded. Before launching Tide Cove, Michael was an equity research analyst at Green Street, specializing in office REITs. Prior to that, Michael served as a consultant with RSM, contributing to their Native American Services practice. Michael began his career at KPMG in New York City, where he worked within their Deal Advisory group.

Michael is a CFA Charterholder and a licensed CPA. He earned his degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he played Division III football while double majoring in Finance and Accounting. He graduated in the top 1% of his class and was honored as Male Scholar Athlete of the Year in his senior year. Outside of work, Michael enjoys surfing, working out, and spending time with his wife and dog.

Brett is a Principal at Tide Cove Capital Partners, a firm he co-founded. Before launching Tide Cove, Brett was a Director in RSM’s Native American Services practice where he advised Tribal Governments on investment and diversification strategies, M&A, board governance and growth strategies. Brett has also worked with executive management teams to optimize the financial performance of the Tribe’s operating businesses. Prior to RSM, Brett was a portfolio manager and quantitative investment analyst for family offices and high net worth clients.

Brett is a CFA Charterholder. Brett earned his degree from Arizona State University where he studied Finance. Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing golf and beach volleyball.
